Not a bad list at all in my opinion. Charles and Conn stand out as fighters who should be ranked higher, and Im sure there are others, but really not a bad list.

So in 1984 he had Bob Fitzsimmons at 29 than he dropped him to 66???? can anyone confirm this???

also, Ali at 10 is a joke for me

Funny, in a later list he brings Pep up to 3. I can see moving Fullmer out and putting Tyson in (at 100) but it's surprising to see a long-retired fighter moving up in rank unless he has 3-12 kind of interchangeable.
