its almost mid-way year and sport seasons, anyone know any cold and flu remedies, i gave up on doctors ages ago man, there advice and medication has proved useless.

im no medical expert, but hot tea and chicken broth help a lot. also, ive heard garlic works well. im sure you can find lists of plants that are supposed to be good for those things, but those are the ones i know. another thing is to try not to swallow any mucus; that should help the cold/flu go away somewhat quicker.

thanks 4 advice, i spit out and blow out alot of mucus. I started taking daily doses of vingear with juice, hope that helps anyway in same crappy situation
