I have a fight tomorrow and its my first real amateur match its not an exhibition or anything anymore. So to tell you the truth I am a little nervous but not as much as I expected to be. Anyway for this fight i have to weigh 160 tomorrow. I weigh 160 right now and I ate dinner a few hours ago and I just came back from a run. But I am a little worried because it looks like I am cutting it a little close. I was wondering if tomorrow if I drank a lot of water and ate more fruit so I pissed and shit a little more would that help me lose just a pound or 2. I would just like to be somewhere around 158 or 159 cause I dont want to have the weight on my mind. But I do need to eat tomorrow because I do work from around 9 till 3 or so and I dont weight in till 6. thanks in advance for all your help.

id have a big breaky to fuel your day, you wouldve lost weight over nite, a little during the day for lunch-(fruit n water), and nothin after work till ur weigh in. Have a piss and crap b4 ur weigh in. then after eat up again.

good advice.

make sure u go toilet jus before. u can lose a few pounds that way ;)
