What is the best boxing game for a beginer, 1st game buying a boxing game.

Fight Night would be, I guess. Just turn it on easy if you're a beginner maybe. There's not a whole lot out there anyways.

If your looking fighting, definately fight night, Fight Night round 2, or Knockout Kings from 2000 to 2003.

If it's simulation you want, then there is the one and only Title Bout Boxing.

Get Fight Night Round 2. You wont be disapointed.

I'm not so sure about 2003. I have it for Gamecube, and it's terrible. Absolutely terrible.

knokout kings is good if youre really bad cos its so easy...i was undisputed heavyweight champ at 57 still.

another simulation game. World championship boxing manager - fine managment game were you manage a stable of fighters- quite decent

Webl boxing is actually quite an interesting text game where you manage a gym and its boxers

I quite like the Rocky game its very arcadey and probably far too easy but its good while it lasts. Is Fight night round 2 any good cause ive heard some people say its great but others say that the first one is a lot better, can anyone recommend which one to get?

i prefer the second
its more detailed and you can use the haymaker although its easy to win championships with that alone

If you don't use the haymaker is it more realistic?

So far Fight Night Round 2 is the best boxing game I have come across. Yeah, there are some flaws, but it's really really good. The Haymaker's can be a little annoying, but once you are able to parry them they aren't quite as bad.
