I tryin to figure out the same thing. I was trying to hook up Tracy last night but I couldnt. Its been a while since I gave her karma, and I have given karma to at least 5 people since her and I still cant do it.

It would be nice to know, because its normally the same people i want to give good karma too, i dont normally hand karma out unless someone's cool or funny but i might have too.
