Now or when Mosley was there? I dont think Mosley could make it now and if he did then his body would be drained so Castillo would kill him but you probally mean when Mosley was there and then Shane would kill him. Mosley was a terror at 135 and he would run straight through Castillo. His style wouldve been made for Mosley. Shane in a 5th round KO

i see castillo dominating mosely and sugar's best punch of the fight being a leaping left hook to the body that castillo shrugs off.castillo ud.

mosley at 135 has chin, power, speed, unorthodoxy, castillo would make it more or less competitive depending on how mosley choses to fight, but no way he can win

oh wait if it happened now mosley would be dead bcos of the weight loss and castillo would damage him if shane's corner doesn't stop the fight

I think that Castillo would take Mosley into the late rounds, and win by UD. Just like he should have had against Floyd the first time around.

You guys are insane. Castillo lost to Floyd twice, got KO by Chico, and argubaly lost to Joel.

Mosley at 135 was almost a combination of those 3 fighters. He was super explosive. Did you see what he did to Oscar at 147 in his first fight after jumping 2 weight classes? I think you guys have seen the old Shane for so long that you guys are forgetting how good he was at the lower weights. He was faster then Floyd and had more power then Chico. He wouldve destroyed Castillo. Castillo wouldnt have matched up well with him at all. He wouldve stood right in front of Shane and get carved up. Chico hurt Castillo every time he threw those quick combos. Now imagine if those were Shane's combos at 135 with his speed and power.

Do you really think that Mayweather beat Castillo the first time? Castillo did everything but drop him. After the fight Mayweather called it a "Learning experience". A learning expereince on how you can loose the fight and still get the home town decision.

I think you are too impressed by the HBO commentators. A guy made a topic a month ago about how he thought Floyd lost but then he just rewatched it without listening to the commentators and he thought Floyd won. I thought he won and most of the media who were there thought he did. Its just that no one was used to seeing him get hit and also everyone hates him so if he does get hit then it looks 10x worst.

Everyone thought Floyd won the first 4 rounds so for you to think he lost means he lost 7 of the last 8 rounds. At the very least a draw but no way Castillo won. If you have it on tape, go back and watch it without really listening to the commentators and you tell me if you think he lost. Check to see if Floyd clearly won the first 4 like I said. Either way, if you think he lost it was still close. Your trying to make it sound like Castillo ddominated him and that is not the case. Why couldnt he win the second time?

If this thread meant prime Sugar Shane at his best at 135, then Castillo would get beat. Sugar Shane, too fast, too strong fo Castillo!

Without any doubt. Mosley Shane Sugar was a freak show at 135. Not very far from the perfect fighter back in those days.

Prime Mosley, before he moved up to fight Oscar, would beat Castillo with speed, power, and movement. Shane was a monster at 135, no doubt. I love Castillo, and he is a go-at-'em fighter who has tons of heart and skill, but I think Sugar Shane would just outbox him.

Floyd didn't have the power at 135 to keep Castillo honest but I think Shane did. I think Shane would've beat PBF at 135 also. Shane should've never went above 140 (too late now, tho) where I think he would've put a punding on Kostya.

Sugar Shane would KO JLC late. His speed & power were incredibile at 135 & his body work would've worn JLC out. I just pictured Chico Corrales landing combos & he looked much faster than JLC in their fight. Sugar Shane would look unreal against him & would wear him out. Too strong, fast, & smart.

I second that, I still believe he can return to his old self.
