After defeating Krzysztof Bienias tonight to win the WBO intercontinental welterweight title, he is now also the WBO mandatory challenger, to none other than Manny Pacquiao.

Earlier on the bill, Kell Brook stopped Poland's Krzysztof Bienias in the sixth round to win the World Boxing Organisation intercontinental welterweight title.

The fight doubled up as a WBO title eliminator and Brook is now the mandatory challenger to Filipino star Manny Pacquiao, who defends his belt in Texas against Joshua Clottey this weekend.

So what do you all think? To be honest it would be madness to even consider fighting Pacquiao for him at the moment.

Pacman would take him on anytime. But Roach and Bob Arum would also have to agree on it.

We all know this fight will never happen which, in all fairness to Brook, is probably for the best. What it should do, though, is give Kell a shot at the title once Pacquiao vacates it against someone hopefully beatable (other than Brook, Clottey and, obviously, Pacquiao I know bugger all about the other fighters in their top ten.)

kell said in an interview that he wasnt interested in a pacquiao fight at the moment, and hes dead right. Much too early, and pac has absolutely no reason to fight someone of brooks standing (unless, for instance, he gets annihilated by clottey tonight and needs an easy fight)

Yep I would like to see him against the EBU champ that looks like a fight .I've got Brook tho tbh .

I truly feel that at this time kell brook should not be fightting a guy in the level of pacquaio. He is a young fighter with a great future but really needs further development as a fighter. Good for him though winning the wbo regional belt .

PAC is would never fight him I don't know why anyone would even consider it. There is no money in it, PAC will probably only have another 1/2 fights after tonight anyway.
