someone once told me that green tea burns fat in your body and if you drink it with your meals it helps you diggest your food better. so i been drinking it for about 3 months now with my meals and i noticed i lost a lot of body fat that i could not get rid of before. I also dont get that gasy feelin that i used after meals.So if your haveing trouble with loseing body fat try some green tea it might work for you.

I like tea but I don't like it much without any sugar.

yes look at wht joeboxer posted at the bottom it says the only effects are insomnia due to the caffine and the caffine is sugar so it probaly already comes with sugar.

Green tea is good stuff! I'd been drinking a cup of "Good Earth" ginseng tea each morning before working out for a good while. They recently changed the formula and added green tea. At about the same time I started doing my crunches with a 15/20 lb dumbell behind my head. I thought the dumbell was the sole cause of my abs all of a sudden becoming much more visible, until I read an article on the thermogenic (look it up) properties of green tea.

I work out first thing in the morning, so the second thing I do is brew tea. I also eat Fiber 1 cereal, raw, so that there's something in my stomach to hold the protein drink after the workout. I sip on the tea, while eating the cereal, before I start stretching. By the time I'm done stretching, the tea is finished. 'Course, I ain't no doctor, so...
