IM wondering how to tape your hands for training not an actual fight i have the elastic kind i just want to know how to actually tape them using gauze but not a full pro or amature style handwrap just for training and do you no if it uses less gauze as to conserve it thanks and if anyone knows any vids ive been looking on youtube but i kind find quit what im looking for Thank You
