I'm 5'9 about 160lbs. I'm about to start my diet and I wonder if this is a good meal plan, and if I should change some or add any...

Workout Days

Meal 1: 1 ½ cup of Oatmeal, 5 egg whites, 8 ounces of skim milk.

Meal 2: 4 ounces Turkey or Chicken Breast, 1 cup brown rice

Pre-Workout meal: 2 choices of fruit such as 2 bananas or apple and a banana, Protein shake.

Post workout meal: Gatorade or Coke, 6 ounces of steak or 6 ounces of Chicken breast, 2 cups broccoli.

Meal 5: 1-2 ounces of natural peanut butter, ¼ cup of almonds, and ½ cup of oatmeal.

Eat every 3 hours. Drink about a Gallon of Water throughout the day. No coke…diet coke only and not that much of that. Fat free snacks low carbohydrate snacks at night if you want.

Non-workout Days

Meal 1: 1 ½ cup of Oatmeal, 5 egg whites, 8 ounces of skim milk.

Meal 2: 4 ounces Turkey or Chicken Breast, 1 cup brown rice

Meal 3: same as meal 2 + 1 cup or broccoli

Meal 4: 6 ounces of steak or chicken breast, 2 cups broccoli

Meal 5: 1-2 ounces of natural peanut butter, ¼ cup of almonds

tell me if this is good:
Breakfast: oatmeal

Lunch and while im snacking at school: peanut butter jelly sandwich on wheat bread, apple, some kind of nut, some kind of sweet, and rice cakes.

then i go to boxing at five and dont get home till 7 so then i eat: a protein shake and i dont eat dinner i have a teaspoon of peanut butter before i go to bed.

im afraid this isnt enough calories cuz im still grownin but its the only way to get rid of the fat that builds up on the bottom of my stomach, although i think this is only a little, im never get hungry and feel i need to eat more.

Agreed. Stay away from the soda...replace it with fruit juice of some kind...
