If anything they'll beat them with athleticism, perimeter shooting, and Shaq. It's rare that the Pistons are outhustled and outshined on the defensive end.

The Pistons have arguably the best starting five in all the nba, and they have proven they can beat a Shaq-team. Are the Heat of this year better than the Lakers of last year? Perhaps, but that has yet to be seen. But i think the Pistons will implement a similiar gameplan: let Ben Wallace gaurd Shaq one-on-one, with minimal help, and focus on shutting down the rest of the team. And Shaq is on a bad knee. It is unsure if he'll play in game 1 and it's probably a definite that he won't be 100% when he does return. That doesn't bode well for the Heat.

Miami has two of the top 10 players in the league, but the Pistons play a better five-man game. Pistons in 6 or 7.

I cant change what I picked initially, because that would be bandwagonish. The only thing is...the damn Pistons are a tough ass team when everyone gets into double figures. Tayshaun is quick enough to guard any threat in the middle.

I'm picked the Heat to win, but I do kind of like this Pistons team.

Barry and Jim Brown were good but Emmitt was the best. The numbers and records speak for themselves. Brown and sanders both left with fuel in the tank. Emmitt went oll out and left it all on the field and his career numbers and championships bear that out.
