Diet... cut out carbs and sugars.

running and leg lifts, butt lifts, work those lower abs, the bigger the muscles, the more fat it burns away (not necessarily locally, but it might help).. it can also be that ur maybe a little too static with punches, try moving your body into your punches.

you cant spot reduce fat in one place. but to lower overall body fat basicaly take in less calories than you need (but only just or you will enter 'starvation' mode wich is bad in every way). add in some more cardio and eat healthier and mor often (but a similar amount)

Correcto.

You have to lower your total body fat through diet and exercise.

you cant pick and chooses where to lose fat. typically it starts off in the arms and face then other places. The lower belly is usually the last place.

it's pretty much cutting cals, cardio and lifting.

Dirt is right. Your stomach, thighs and butt are the last fat reserves that your body burns. You can either increase your cardio to burn more calories or reduce your calorie intake.
