No problem. Thanks for the power bars LOL. Also, not sure if you take any creatine supplements. If so, try the CON CRET on there from ProMeraHealth. It comes in both capsule and powder form. No loading or maintaing stages. If you were to choose the capsule form, either 2 before or after your workout, or 1 before and 1 after your workout. No bloating or water retention. Also, it's on the list of supplements for boxer's to take.

Bestprice has them beat by a dollar or so. That's ok. Both places are good. I to take the Myofusion. In fact, I'm on my second tub as we speak. Milk chocolate is the best, IMO. I had the vinalla first, and nearly threw-up. Myofusion protein, and CON CRET creatine, and I'm good to go.

Sizeon is Gaspari's creatine product ....

I've never used creatine before ... My workouts was hitting a wall mainly because I was never into all the different supplements. I'm 6'1" 198lb and got into excellent shape using weights, bodylastics and boxing. I counted on eating right, vitamins and drinking a lot of high protein ensure - That was it .....

A friend of mine said I would get a lot bigger if I started taking protein\creatine drinks .... So, I only recent started drinking Muscle Milk.

One of the guys here at BS {Forgot who} suggested Myofusion for the protein and another friend I used to train with suggested the Sizeon for the creatine.

So, I'm going to do a 90 day training regimen using both Myofusion|Sizeon and see what kind of results I get.

Sizeon could leave you with alot of water retention. I can't be 100% sure, as I have never taken that before. Also, I think it's more than just creatine. It may also have the N.O. stuff in it to. I'd have to read up on it to be sure.
