Ey everyone.
Boxing season in sweden is over so my gym closes for a month now and of course i got my own traing schedule. But it's mainly for my stomache (to get rid of those pesky 3 last kilos) but i really lack any excersizes for my shoulders. so i get this little wider and stronger looking shoulders.
please help

random guy 05-22-2005, 01:58 AM all right homie I'm gonna pimp ya shoulders.
front raises, side rases(w?monkey grip style), standing rows with a cable machine and bent over flys. do a weight that will let you do 4 sets of 6-8 reps

Right now just doing shrugs, 3 sets till exhauston. im not sure weater this is the greatest method but it seems to be working for me.

tyson 05-23-2005, 07:10 AM Stand on your hands with your feet leaning towards a wall, and then take push-ups. It works wonders for your shoulders, triceps and outright punching power.
Archie Moore used to walk on his hands up and down stairs every day.

take a 30lb medicine ball and sit in a chair outside with shades on to protect eyes from the sun
throw it straight up in the air as hard as you can and catch it with your arms fully extended upwards
combine that with swimming and your shoulders will swolt up

Front lateral rows (with either dumbbells or straight bar).
