Ok here is a example routine, which for me I think would be good enough, at my current age anyway, ok here we go.

Weekly routine

Monday:

5 minute warmup
30 Crunches x2
50 pushups x2
30 Situps x2
50 Bicep Curls x2
Shadow boxing for 5 minutes
10 minute rest + warmdown

Tuesday:

5 minute warmup
10 situps x2
20 pressups x2
8 Mile Run
5 Minute Stretch

Wensday:

5 Minute Warmup
30 Situps x2
40 Crunches x2
50 Bicep Curls x3
Shadow Boxing for 7 Minutes
5 Miunte Warmdown

Thursday:

5 Minute Warmup
20 Situps x2
20 Crunches x2
10 Pullups x3
8 Mile Run
5 Minute Stretch

Friday:

5 Minute Warmup
50 Situps x2
50 Crunches x2
15 Pullups x2
60 Bicep Curls x2
Shadow Boxing 5 minutes

Saterday: Rest

Sunday: Rest

This routine would happen at around 4 or 5 during the day, plus I have boxing training on Monday, Tuesday and Wensday, so I think i've got quite a lot of work cut out for me if I am going to use this routine, my aim is to get fitter, stronger and sligtly bigger, with this routine and plus the boxing lessons (which is hard work) will my aim be fulfilled? Also would it help if I got a couple of protein bars?

do you mean you do that on top of a boxing routine that you do 3 times a week or is that all the training you do? cuz if that up tere isnt that much, a boxing routine on top of that is good though. i wouldnt do weights everyday and id focus more on boxing than on your own routine. youll see more results

I am focusing on my boxing as well, this is just the training, I need training so I can progress and become more fitter, it might not seem a lot at the moment, and I don't really do a lot of weights, its only dumbells, most of it is my own body work.
