i remember reading an article about a boxer who was suppose to be one of the best in the world and had a outrageously great amatuer record and went pro for about 15 matches, and all win-kos. I seem to cant find this guy anymore, all i know is that. he was a really promising boxer and got in a car accident in south america and had severe head damage. and he tried to make an appeal to get a licencse. but they rejected him because they were afraid he would get a head shot and die in the ring.

so does anybody have ideas? he's in his mid thirties, i think he's mexican and he recently helped some champ guy spar. and kicked his ass all over the ring. though the guy hasnt boxed in years. he's a supposed underground boxing legend. oh he had the accident in the mid 90s i think.

thanks.

It's gotta be Edwin Valero you're talking about. He recently beat up Erik Morales in sparring. He's 12-0 with 12 knockouts, almost all in the first round I think. You can look him up on maxboxing.com
