Struggling this year, but after 6 years of Eastern Conference championship appearances you're bound for a little rebuilding. Im a Celtics fan, but I use to like Bill Lambier a lot. What an ******* he was!! mickey malone 03-02-2010, 09:05 PM I like Soccer, especially the English Premiership and before I emigrated, was a season ticket holder at West Ham United for many years.. I have a few good friends who are heavily invoved in the UFC, so i've become a 'part-time' follower of the sport.. I've indulged in a bit of Muay Thai too, and this is the place to do it; but it's common knowledge in the clubs and down the gym, that I like to use my feet for dancing as opposed to kicking.. Some of my Thai friends are instructers, and participants so it was difficult not to give it a go, but I much prefer straight forward stand-up boxing.. I'm often used as a utility player in several Pool leagues.. I love the game, and can play to a high standard, but I don't like playing for money as this can often lead to boxing lol, and I'd prefer to keep the two, in 2 seperate bags.. poet682006 03-02-2010, 09:09 PM Favorite Sports: 1. Y.N.W.A Snopkins 03-15-2010, 12:34 PM I was quite the potent badminton player in my early youth. The local youth centre never offered much and I simply found this sport more interesting than playing pool and table tenis.I competed at both district and county level and won many tournaments before I discovered cigarette's at age 14 and then it all went downhill from that point.Had I continued, then I would have most likely have ended up representing Great britain at international level. Roy Keane 03-15-2010, 03:09 PM goes rugby, boxing, motorbike racing them 3 joint first then football (soccer) second Irish Hitman 03-15-2010, 03:16 PM football the one you play with your foot ;)..Hurling greatest sport ever made youtube it!!and golf! BigStereotype 03-15-2010, 07:28 PM Baseball. Ties with boxing for my favorite sport. I was literally born watching baseball, and since I've been following baseball for so much longer, I'm a lot more knowledgeable about it. Sometimes, here on BS, I feel like an idiot child while I can hold my own in any baseball discussion. My family had season tickets to the Giants for years. Since I've moved out to CT, I've become a Yankees fan (and don't you dare call me a fairweather fan...I became a Jets, Knicks and Rangers fan too) and just experienced my first World Series win this year. What a feeling...After that, football (go gang green!) and high school basketball. Hockey I guess would be a distant fifth.
