i am a jealous person, i never cheated on anyone of my boyfriends and i only got really really attached to my babies daddy **** till this day when ever i see him i fly to cloud 9, but i no i cant be with him as bad as we want to be that would be stupid.

I wouldnt play people I was seeing. Like, I wouldnt tell a girl she was the only person I was seeing when I was seeing others. I would be honest, but I would see more than 1 person at a time. I am a jelous person too to some extent, and I would have a problem if a girl I was seeing was also seeing someone else. I know its a double standard, but I dont give a ****.

This one time I was seeing this girl. I liked her: seriously. I had a buddy of mine I worked with....and he came over to a bbq at my house 1 time. His cellphone rang, and it was the girl I was seeing. He openly admitted that he was talking to her, they ended up going out with eachother.

I felt like killing him, but that would constitute a violation of my parole + probation and I would be sent back to prison.

Been with the same girl going on 6 years, guys have tried but failed miserably. Jealous type? Use to be, but I matured and learned to take the good with the bad and if anything happened it happened for a reason and I would make the most out of it. No reason to piss and moan over something like that I guess, being as young as I am.

But being a guy I have been tempted as well.

Getting played wouldnt bother me a whole lot, their would be some pain for sure but I would definately try to let it out and move on and smell the future, because it cant get any worse.

Before we would go to sleep, people would read out loud to the unit. Used to piss me off, cuz I could not sleep. I got to the point where I memorized lines from Kurt Vonnegut's Slaughter house five. For the most part people would tattoo themselves and others as well.

This one guy named mike was a really ****ing good artist. He tattooed a dragon on his own shoulder in a mirror, and the mother ****er came out great. Some of those guys could make a serious living doing work on the outside.

Guards were always a problem. During shakedowns, they would get really rough. In the middle of the night, they would stab you...or hit you with their nightsticks in order to wake you up and check out your bunk and locker. (stab you with nightstick...in a poking manner)

random nights around 5:30 and they would keep you awake to eat breakfast at 6. Some people never slept because they were tired of getting harrassed. You dont have to wake up if you dont want to. You had to wake up for breakfast...then you could go back to sleep. Only thing is...you are stuck in the unit and cant do anything. Some people stayed in there by themselves and played chess all alone.

July 3, 2004 — A gang-related riot inside the Carrizalez-Rucker Detention Center near Olimto Friday afternoon left one inmate with a stab wound to the neck and 11 others injured.

Although jail officials said that the gang turf-war they experienced Friday is part of a trend of state jail violence drifting south, experts say that the possibility is unlikely and that the violence is probably a local problem.



“No local gang is going to take on a major prison gang like the Texas Syndicate,” explained gang expert Robert Walker in a phone interview from South Carolina, disputing Cameron County jail officials claims that the riot was part of a broader problem between two Texas gangs.

A search for other riots in the state and didn’t find any information to support the claims made by county officials.

“At issue are the Vallucos and Texas Syndicate, two gangs that populate the Cameron County Carrizalez-Rucker Detention Center in about equal numbers,” said Jail Administrator Agustin Rivera.

At least 135 inmates in the Delta pod took part in the riot, although the fights took place in six separate cells that each house a maximum of 24 inmates.

At most, 24 prisoners were fighting in each separate cell at the same time, Rivera said, with the fights breaking out at 3:42 p.m.

It took about 10 minutes for Cameron County sheriff’s deputies and other officials to bring the fight under control.

“No Cameron County officials were injured in the brawl,” he said.


“The fight seemed planned,” Rivera said, “and as soon as one cell block in the Delta pod started fighting, the others soon followed suit, with violence spreading like wild fire.”

Metal shanks and other makeshift weapons were used in the brawl, said sheriff’s department spokeswoman Elizabeth Anguiano.

“The fight took place at the time of day when inmates are required to clean house, so the mops and brooms usually used for cleaning were on Friday used as weapons,” Anguiano said.

A toothbrush that had been sharpened to use as a weapon, was seen being taken away from the area. It was covered with blood.

The stabbed inmate was transferred to Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville. His condition was not immediately known.

Although officials would not reveal the identity of any injured inmates or their affiliation with the Valluco or Texas Syndicate gangs, it appeared as if the Vallucos outnumbered the Texas Syndicate in the brawl, Rivera said.

Out of the 560 inmates at the Carrizalez-Rucker detention center, up to half of them might be gang members, Rivera said.

Other gangs in the jail include the Partido Revolucionario Mexicano, the Mexican Mafia or Mexikanemi, La Hermandad De Pistoleros Latinos an others.

“The sheriff’s department tries to separate rival gang members while they are jailed,” Rivera said.

Part of the process for identifying gang members is searching their body for tattoos demonstrating their affiliation, called “Placazos”. However a trend among newer recruits is to hide the tattoos or not wear any at all.

“The Vallucos intentionally don’t tattoo themselves... There’s no way to know who a Valluco is,” Rivera explained.

“The Texas Syndicate is a longstanding gang that controls a big portion of the underground crime in jails throughout the state,” Walker said.

The Texas Syndicate started in California in the early 1970’s as a response to other gangs preying on Texas Natives.

“The Vallucos are a local gang that has only been in existence since 1998,” Rivera said.

It's all one big game and you always gotta play your cards right. Man being in a relationship is too ****ing exhausting. It's a never ending struggle to have the upper hand over the other person, so you have to make calculated moves in order to win. You try to make it simple and don't play, you get burned. No it doesnt. Its a very unsettling feeling. And I am talking about people playing someone: who they are intimate with. If you are sleeping with someone, and do not show eachother affection...then its a different story. If someone spends alot of time with you, tells you they love you, and show affection: and then cheat on you: that is ****ed up.

Im 24. These things still bother me...how I forementioned. I dont find sleeping with someone else a big deal if I am not intimate with the female. If I am in love with her, and she is supposedly in love with me, then it makes for trouble.

I learned a long time ago not to fall in love with someone. The only thing is, it becomes increasingly difficult when you spend alot of time together. I see two sides of the coin here:

Winter is probably closer to the truth, though I can tell you that after a while the codepent aspect of it drops away a bit. I've been married for nearly 6 years now (I'm 28, so yeah I was pretty young) and I can say that after that many years you learn to control how you feel so you really love the person but without feeling like if they die than you won't have any reason to live. I don't mean to say that you drift apart, though people do if the marriage isn't working. It's cool cause you'll still have this person in your life but you'll feel nearly as independent as you when you're single. It's hard to describe, but I just wanted to let people know that love isn't going to be 50 years of mental anguish if it's with the right person.

same thing happened to me when i was 19...that dude that macked my woman is ****ed up now ( not by me ). a few years later, me and him were after the same ( different ) woman. he got her, they ran off together, got ****ed up on drugs, she went through hell and then left him. he's ****ed. ain't it funny how life has a way of working itself out?
