Who do you feel should be remembered as the greater fighter and why?

Archie Moore is the one who I consider the better fighter all around and I think his resume is the greater as well. I've come to appreciate Whitaker more lately but I don't think I will ever be able to put him above Archie Moore.

Archie Moore so great, unbelivable fighter his longevity in the game was crazy. Especially how active he was.

Saying that I will go with Whitaker... Maybe I am biased cuz I am such a Whitaker fan. He is best fighter of my llfe time and the best defensive in my lifetime. Whitaker resume is nothing to sneeze at. I know he didn't have as many fights as Moore. But, I am going with Whitaker...

Both deserve many appreciation threads but I would go with Whitaker because he was unbeatable against the best of an era. Moore was a legend just the same though!
