what is a beep test

we done something like at school. You get a certain amount of time to run from one station to the other with very little break in between. As soon as you don't make the obsticle in time you get pulled out. the further you get the higher the level. Just a type of endurance test. I was joint top in my Sports class cant remember what level though.

level 14 when i was about 15.
