So yeah im bored as hell and figured Id share my circuit training workout with everyone, I usually do this after my workouts or right after my boxing training at night, but just 2 or 3 times a week usually... Each station is 10 or 20 reps and no rest in between stations, jog to each station between workouts.

Starting out

-Raise bar on bench to highest setting and rest feet on the end of the bench, pull ups with the bar to work back and biceps a lil bit (20 reps)

-chinups from steel beam in the ceiling in my basement (10 reps)

-ploymetric chair pushups (20 reps)

- Sitting wall squat (1 minute)

-Calves on the stairs (10 reps each step) (10 steps)

- 50 situps

- medicine ball pushups (focusing more on the triceps) (15 reps)

- Military press with a 45 lb. weight (20 reps)

-10 lb. dumbells (50 hammer curls each arm)

- treadmill sprint (1 minute)

- 2 minutes on the heavy bag

Usually repeat this once.
