someone please explain this. I would also like to know how to use Ircspy. While you are at it....please explain how to use standard Mirc software. I have been drinking and do not have the attention span to digest a tutorial written by the software programmer.

After searching Google for a whole 30 seconds I found this:

packetnews.com is what i use for **** like albums and such.

if you gots mirc you just click the pack number wait a couple seconds for **** to open and in the channel just paste and press enter, sometimes it queued and you have to wait a while.

mIRC is the best ***** there is to download from.

you search for what you wan't, then you click on the download, providing you have mirc installed it will open that up and then connect you to the server, and put the "/ctcp xdcc" message in your copy paste.

so you are now connected to an irc server and should have been autojoined in a channel, now you just paste in the ctcp message and press enter... providing that user is online it will start downloading the file or put you in a queue
