I know that an Omigawa Michihiro won a bronze medal on Oct, 2 2002 in the Asian games at 66 kgs.

The ones I found Seem to be all the same guy. I know in Japan it's not uncommon for people to have the same name as they don't usually have middle names. How heavy is the guy you scoping.
