so i went gym couple days back
and i was alternating between the bags, when the trainer comes to me and says do some ground work what does that mean?

ground work is grappling
are you sure he didn't say "floor work"?
floor work is stuff like pushups, situps, and squat thrusts/burpees.

in boxing groundwork is basically calisthenics, all your ab work, press ups etc.

yeah i was thinking its that but was unsure, so tomorrow when i go in ill do ground work first than do the bags :)
