I had it for Holmes too, I seem to remember it being by two rounds. No way that Norton won it despite his magnificent showing.

I had it 145-140 for Holmes. Holmes dominated the first half of the fight with his jab. I gave the 15th round to Norton.

I had it 9-6 for Holmes the last two times I saw it (and the couple times before), giving Norton the 15th.

some amazing scorecards so far..i can only assume they watched a different fight to what i watched..i had it exactly the same as commentator Col.Bob Sheridan had it, 7rds each going into the final round.

I had Norton winning by 1, maybe 2 rounds......i can't believe some of these scorecards some people have posted....are you guys retarded??? how the **** did Holmes win that fight by more than 5 rounds????

Its true it was a close fight, I couldn't give it to Holmes by more than two. I had Larry up by one going into round 15 by memory. The final round was terrific, you could argue it either way......I shaded it Holmes, but hell many thought Norton won that round.

Yep just watched that final round again.........so close! Norton clearly took the first half but Larry finished with some great combinations and uppercuts.

incredible final round with Norton bossing the first 2 1/2 minutes and Holmes scoring in the last 30 seconds which IMO was not enough to give him the round.. Norton 8-7rds

Judges scorecards were 143-142,142-143, 143-142 Holmes..
thats what you call a close fight, yet one guy on here had it 146-139 Holmes - which is ridiculous

Try turning down the volume when you watch it, that way the commentators don't influence you.

no need to turn down the sound, i could see with my own eyes the action albeit on cold-flat screen whereas Bob Sheridan was seated at ringside so his commentary is valuable to the armchair fan

Thank you for the link I will enjoy watching this fight again.
Been a while but I think the judges wasn't far out, very close fight.
I gave it to Holmes but there wasn't more than a round possibly 2 in it and I wouldn't think somebody was an idiot if they scored it for Norton.

8-6-1 for holmes
it was close but no doubt holmes did enough to win it
