185 i know would be no problem. But 205, he'll find his hardest time i think but he could probably still win. I think he'll have better conditioning than all those guys and will outwork em. But he wont be as dominate a wrestler imo. He will have to strike superbly as he can. He may make this move and i think he can be champ at 205 with the right training program.

doent matter because to date he has shat out of even trying by claiming their too big but hes quite happy to fight smaller men like bj penn when they move up

He never said they were too big. He says he's happy to compete at 170 cus there are alot of challenges and he wants to clean the division more. 185 and 205 he says he has alot of training partners at, so thats why he won't. But im sure in sparring sessions he's the one pushing the pace. I think he can do it, do you?

205 is out of the question, he is too small for that weigh class. He should go to 185 if/when he cleans out the WW division tho, after Hardy he will probably rematch the Fitch/Alves winner who are fighting on his undercard, then he should move up.

When you move up in weight classes you sacrifice wrestling and BJJ for striking. This is especially true at 170 & up. I don't know why he would want to get away from the thing he dominates (wrestling) and rely more on strikes. Not saying he's a bad striker, and he's number 1 P4P on my personal list, but he needs to stay where he is--even if there is no one left to challenge him.

P.S. I want to see Mousasi vs Silva at 185.

Plus let's not forget that most 205er's put on weight for the fight night, he would be way to small, 185 is the max weight for his frame.
