I finally got to meet a fellow boxingscene poster this past weekend. I met Sonny in Daytona Beach and got to hang with he and his family. A great bunch of people to be sure. Nice wife, great kids, and Sonny is just as sharp in person as he is on here. We got to throw back a few ****tails, went up into a lighthouse, grilled some burgers, and our kids got to swim together. It was an awesome opportunity to meet a fellow poster and I just wanted to tell eveyone what I thought of Sonny and his family in person. I'm gonna have some pics to add to this thread a little later on.

....Yeah, the Soundtraveler thing sounds awesome. Wish I could attend. And to answer Abdiels question, we tried to get our wives to tongue each others boxes and they damn near did it. Got em all hammered and they came very close but in the end Sonny and I were left a little dissapointed. :)

I really enjoyed meeting and hanging out with pbds and his family. I speak for my wife and kids when I say a good time was had by all. I've got to hit the hay, but I'll be back on tomorrow night and I've got some pics to post as well.

....I'm a Floridian man. I live just below the Tampa area. Been down here like 7 years. Sonny was on vacation with the family and I met him on the other coast in Daytona Beach. We invited Jack the rippuh but he couldn't make it.

....We weren't able to get out alone but we did drink more than a few back at his place. Next time he visits he is gonna make it down my way and we are gonna get out and do some drinking(just the two of us). Should be fun!!!

We were there last year and had ticket for Busch Gardens, but we got a call that morning that my husband's mother died. So we had to drive back. The tickets supposedly expired on the last day of 05.
