+ investment banker, also formerly DTI sec, so somehow may executive experience.
- hmmm... Korina? :D Despite his background in economics, has somehow chosen to go take a populist stand on otherwise unpopular but necessary economic issues.

Loren Legarda
+ consistent advocacy since day 1: Green Philippines.
- political butterfly. what the hell happened to her conviction that was to make Villar pay for his alleged graft and corruption? In 2001 she was pro-GMA, in 2004 she was with FPJ, just last year she was crucifying Villar, and now they're the best of friends. Legarda seems to have a knack for riding with the winning side whenever convenient, just like her new bff Villar.

- Style of governance will be challenged strongly by human rights advocates.

Jejomar Binay
+ Extensive prior executive experience in Makati, and MMDA. Makati under his watch, is a model city.
- His tenure at MMDA was widely seen as a failure. It might be an indication that his success with Makati will not translate into success on a larger scale such as the metropolis. How much more at a national level? It is also a coincidence that Makati is kept afloat by large businesses who's taxes are more than enough to fill the pockets of politicians and develop the city at the same time. His large wealth is also an enigma since even years of being a lawyer and mayor would not have salaries to justify this wealth.
