Well, my film is finally shot. I wrapped filming on Friday Nov. 26th, the day before that excellent fight.

The script had to be severely cut down due to timing and the fact that most of my actors didn't want to learn their dialogue. Most of the speech in the film is Voice Over. All of the important speech is, unfortunately.

The film will probably run 15 minutes now. My actors somehow didn't realize that it would take a long time to film my script. They wanted to be in the movie, but many didn't want to show up to the shoots. So, a few people were simply cut.

Hitch**** was right on his opinion of actors. Given, I am working with all non-professionals.

My semester is also winding down. I have a research paper that was due yesterday that I hope to complete tonight. It has to be 8 pages and I have yet to write a single word for it. PRO-crastination. I blame my film. It beckoned me to focus only on it.

Now I must edit the movie. I hoped to have it edited and ready to release today, but...yeah. My computer couldn't handle Adobe Premiere Pro, so I have to use some basic video editing software.

I will have the film completely edited by next Wednesday. I have to because that is the absolute last day my teacher can take the film.

Now I'm on the verge of being late for another class. Later.

I'll be putting my film on DVD. Charging $2.50 to people who want copies just to cover the DVD cost and shipping. Maybe someone with a faster computer/internet connection than mine can figure out a way to upload it somewhere for free download. Really I don't know if I want it to be downloadable yet. I do want to send this off to some film festivals, even if it does lose miserably. The version I send out won't be the version I send to film festivals, mostly because of the music used. I need some royalty free music for film festivals.

hmm...guess I would need to make my film available. All I know how to do is make an ISO image. You'd need a DVD burner and Nero (or something) or an image drive to mount it and watch on your computer.

Its about 1.5 gigs though. Not exactly small.

Unfortunately I went back to dial-up as part of a cost cutting plan. Most of the stuff I try to download times out or gets screwed up in some way.
