Something tells me I've made this post before...?

Anyways, my name is Ben.. I'm 15 years old and just getting into boxing. I'm about 6'2" 160 lbs. I've been in one fight before and oddly enough I found it exciting. So I was thinking about starting boxing.

So I don't embarrass myself what are some exercises and things to do to train and get in the physical condition I need to be to be a boxer? I'm not extremely strong so is there any workouts I should for sure do? How do I get faster with my punches?

the best thing to do would be to join a boxing gym.

Yeah, lots and lots of situps, atleast a few hundred a day to start with, bench press, military press, squat, deadlift, skullcrushers, curls, lots and lots of running and jump roping, and boxing training!
