theres so many things wrong with that i don't even know where to start, not only is puking a bad idea its also wicked awfull for your teeth, also whats the point of making a drug you could jsut stick your finger down your throat. Anyway the point ios i really advise against this but its your body and i can;t stop you.
spinksjinx 05-16-2005, 09:16 AM Everybody has a 6 pack if your diet isnt strict and lean enough they will never show through. Usually you must have a body fat percentage of 6-7% or lower, mine didnt show through until I dropped to about 4% and then that was when I was flexing. I had to cut more fat before they would just show without flexing them.
how do you calculate your fat %?

im not sure if my waist is form 28-32
its somewhere aroudn there
so i put 30
is 9.8 bad

Always measure your waist right above your hip bone about 1" above your navel.
9.8 isnt bad and is healthy 6-9% is a good range to have. If you want your abs to show through you will have to lower it a bit. Most individuals will show through when they get around the 6-7% mark.
chaawuu 05-16-2005, 01:34 PM i have the same problem. recently i've been doing a lot more cardio and doing 30 mins of ab work every other day. i'm starting to see my abs pop out :eek:
