Is this regime okay? I'm 5 foot 9, 129lbs, BF is 11.9% and BMI is 19.0. I'm a 13 year old beginning boxer. I have heavy bag, speed ball, medicine ball, rope and gloves/handwraps etc. All the basic equipment. Is a double end bag worth getting? Only £20 up Argos, but would you have to use any drills into the round? As I keep my bags outside on a bracket. And I can't drill through slabs! I am going to go up my local boxing gym which is open on Tuesday and Friday. I believe they only do running, bags, sparring and bodyweight exercises. So I want to do extra training. Here is my routine I have planned...

Monday: Conditioning / Boxing Skills / Plyometrics / Swimming / Callisthenics
Tuesday: Boxing Gym
Wednesday: Boxing Skills / Plyometrics
Thursday: Conditioning / Boxing Skills / Plyometrics / Swimming / Callisthenics
Friday: Boxing Gym
Saturday: Boxing Skills / Plyometrics / Swimming / Callisthenics
Sunday: Conditioning / Boxing Skills / Plyometrics

Any improvements? Btw, I lift weights in my Callisthenics, it's a full body workout. It also includes core and neck work. Thanks...

just do what your trainer tells you thats it. if you feel its not enough find a new trainer.
the only thing i do outside the gym is run. maybe pushups situps n light dumbbell workouts shadow boxing if i cant train but nothing major. the trainer knows best and you do what he tells you.like i said if u dont feel its enough and your getting stronger from that then find another trainer. plus your 13 allow your body to grow. you dont need to be superman at 13. jsut follow instructions.

5'9", 13 yrs old, your pretty tall for your age, which means you gonna be growing a lot more. I would stay away from heavy plyos and just concentrate on technique. Your gonna fight/spar guys a lot older than you, so take it easy.

Thanks. Couple more questions.

I know weights and callisthenics on two consecutive days doesn't add so much muscle mass, but will it still make me stronger?

Also, if I do all of this cardio and running etc, will it slow down my muscles from growing? Meaning I would need a higher carb diet? And would rounds of boxing slow it down, or because it's mostly anaerobic will it still be alright?

Thanks to all the help so far. :-D

just do callisthenics. your 13 you dont need weights. and you can do callisthenics everyday.and cardio and running is apart of training and wont bother your muscles. but do what i told you and just listen to your trainers. they are trainers for a reason and one of their jobs is to get in you in top shape
