You're definetly not gonna gain 20lbs on creatine, or get crazy strong. what creatine does is allow a rep here and an extra rep there. probably a few extra pounds to be lifted, which is good for the price of it. if u just got bulk creatine monohydrate powder, u could take 5 grams before u work out and 5 grams after. you should take it every day.

In order for you to gain 20lbs it will be manditory for you to use weights, and usually the
type of training to induce size will hinder your speed, agility and endurance.

Are you planning on soley lifting weights for look and size, or boxing?

Creating "loading" is a marketing scam and is really unnecesary. You can do it, but it won't make any difference in your performance.

Basically what you do is take double the usual dosage of creatine listed on the label for 5 days and then finish off the tub with the recommended dosage.

What doing this is supposed to do is saturate the muscles with creatine. However after 30 days your muscles become completely saturated whether you load or just take 5 grams a day. It's just a marketing scam the companies use to get you to use and buy more creatine.

Cycle it.

Take dose X (depends on product) for a week, then halve the dose for a week, then have a week off it.

It's a pretty crappy supplement, though, i'd advise not wasting your money on it. Just lift heavy and eat right.

what kind of creatine is it? diff creatines are used differently like n.o.xplode is used before a workout because it has nitro oxide and c affine in it, so it all depends what it has if its just creatine then take it after your workout, using pure creatine wont help to take it before your workout its been scientifically proven

That would also be because N.o. xplode isn't a standalone creatine product and it does have as much creatine as a normal creatine product would have.
