As much as I hate to say this, some kids are just plain stupid.

The kids that are harassing me just IM'd me with a threat online. You think that they would have learned by now that I do save everything and print it out. They've seen it all before.

It sounds to me like this is a form of harassment. I prefer to settle things my own way rather then get the law involved, but if they're doing it in person, and on the internet, well then you should **** them over as bad as you can even if it means going to the police. Use the word "Harassment" alot.

They threatened to slash the tires "on the blue car out front" which is my dad's car. You don't wanna piss that man off.

I talked to my friend about AOL tracking the IP address. Only an atty can do that and I also talked to the cops today and I need to first get a restraining order against them. So we're going to discuss that this weekend since we have to consider the expense and also what our daughter thinks. She has a lot to say about this since most of this is happening to her.

In other news, my son had his compliance meeting today for his informal probation and he's all done save for the final date with the judge next month. Then he's all done and it should be dismissed.

The Probation Officer said something about his essay which isn't all the good, but it's good for him. It's a HUGE improvement compared to how bad he was at the beginning of the year, so I'm happy and that's what I told her.
