Anyone with experience in online betting? Truth 05-11-2005, 09:38 PM Try this link borikua, http://www.betonsportsonline.com/boxing/ The Troll 05-11-2005, 09:39 PM I have used to sportsbook.com most often. But there is alot of betting sites on the internet, find the one that posts the best odds and use that. Dont Pay except by Pay-pal though. borikua 05-11-2005, 09:53 PM Try this link borikua, http://www.betonsportsonline.com/boxing/ Thanx man, Do you know how that ODDS **** works, it says -225 for Tito and +185 fo Wright...I Just want to bet around $800.. Truth 05-11-2005, 09:57 PM Thanx man, Do you know how that ODDS **** works, it says -225 for Tito and +185 fo Wright...I Just want to bet around $800.. Honestly I am not sure how it works, I never have bet before. Sorry about that. The Troll 05-11-2005, 09:59 PM Thanx man, Do you know how that ODDS **** works, it says -225 for Tito and +185 fo Wright...I Just want to bet around $800.. If you bet on Wright at those odds it means you 185% of 800 so nearly 1600$ return on your wager if you bet on Tito you get 75% of 800 in winnings. So if Tito wins 75% of 800 is what 600$ gain. spinksjinx 05-11-2005, 10:00 PM Bet all your money on Winkey by UD. borikua 05-11-2005, 10:01 PM If you bet on Wright at those odds it means you 185% so nearly 1600$ return if you bet on Tito you get 75% of 800 in winnings. Thanx man, I'll look around for da best odds then.. Truth 05-11-2005, 10:03 PM Bet all your money on Winkey by UD. Jinx, this is the first time we have agreed on somthing in a while. This is kind of scary, LOL :D boxerman 05-11-2005, 10:04 PM Thanx man, Do you know how that ODDS **** works, it says -225 for Tito and +185 fo Wright...I Just want to bet around $800.. kinda of a simple way is like this. +185 means you bet 100 and win 185 or so. -225 means you bet 225 to win 100. kinda gives you an idea, but the other guys post is more accurate as to how to figure it out exactly. NO, its a scale of 1000 if its -225 that 3/4 so if you lay down 800$ the pay out is 75% of 800$ which is 600 gain. borikua 05-11-2005, 10:09 PM Bet all your money on Winkey by UD. I wouldn't even bet fantasy points on Pinky... The Troll 05-11-2005, 10:13 PM There should be a site out there who is offering straight odds 1-1 on Tito in a straight wager. You can do other **** like call the round. If you want to fan your money out. If you call the knockout round you get badass odds like 15-1 or 10-1 etc... so even you if lay like 20$ on a KO happening in round 8 9 10 11, if you win on one those you get 10x payout or 15x payout but you have to look. like the odds on a first round ko are probably like 40 to 1 so if you lay 10$ on that you get 400$ payout off 10$. borikua 05-11-2005, 10:17 PM There should be a site out there who is offering straight odds 1-1 on Tito in a straight wager. DAMMMN...Time to make some research..I like the straight odds cuz I doubt I'll find one (+) for Tito.. spinksjinx 05-11-2005, 10:42 PM I wouldn't even bet fantasy points on Pinky... Then you are what I call uneducated. :) Winky has the tools and the masterplan to defeat the puerto rican sensation. borikua 05-11-2005, 10:46 PM Then you are what I call uneducated. :) Winky has the tools and the masterplan to defeat the puerto rican sensation. uneducated cuz I wouldn't bet on Winky... ...that's why the odds favor Tito.. spinksjinx 05-11-2005, 10:54 PM uneducated cuz I wouldn't bet on Winky... ...that's why the odds favor Tito.. Just because he is the name and the draw of course he will be the betting favorite. On a serious note, this is a tough fight to pick and it is either going to be a one sided beating by Tito or a boxing lesson by Winky. I dont see anyway in which Winky could trade shots with Tito and make it a war without getting blown out. I also dont see how Tito would be able to outwork and box Winky. To tough, To tough. borikua 05-11-2005, 11:15 PM I dont see anyway in which Winky could trade shots with Tito and make it a war without getting blown out. I also dont see how Tito would be able to outwork and box Winky. Well.. he did outworked and outbox Camacho and Sweet Pea... spinksjinx 05-11-2005, 11:20 PM Well.. he did outworked and outbox Camacho and Sweet Pea... Camacho isnt on the same level as Winky, Not sure about Whitaker though..... Being a southpaw will not be anything new to Tito, but if Winky can keep the distance and tie up Tito and back off when he comes close he could pull it off....I am not to impressed with Winky with his past couple of fights (mosley). This fight is to tough for me to call, one minute I am pro-Winky the next pro-Tito. borikua 05-11-2005, 11:23 PM Camacho isnt on the same level as Winky, Not sure about Whitaker though..... Macho was/is a better boxer than Winky...Winky is just stronger .. ME123 05-11-2005, 11:57 PM wow look what tito said, Im betting $4,000 on him to win. Tito vows to 'hurt' Winky!Quote from today's press conference: "It is going to be a great fight. But like I have always said, I am here to win. I am prepared for whatever Winky brings to the table. But Saturday night you will see another great victory for Tito Trinidad. [Turning to Winky Wright] I am telling you face to face and I am telling you seriously, you still have time to walk away from this fight. Because I am ready to punish you. I hope your corner will not allow me to hit you a lot. You are going to get out of the ring hurt." -- Felix Trinidad Photo: Rick Guzman ME123 05-12-2005, 12:01 AM What betting site takes paypal? Do they deposit your winnings through paypal as well, cause I want my cash after I win borikua 05-12-2005, 01:30 AM Damn...4k? Good luck man.. moochi 05-12-2005, 02:43 AM try www.willhill.com.........not a bad betting site. ME123 05-12-2005, 02:34 PM Does anyone know of any betting site that takes paypal Stickman 05-12-2005, 02:42 PM You can still get nearly 3/1 odds on Wright here: http://www.intertops.com/sportsbook/cgi-win-2/itwww.exe? ME123 05-12-2005, 02:50 PM I need a site that takes paypal Stickman 05-12-2005, 02:51 PM I can't think of any offhand, but then I've never used paypal for anything. If you have a bank card that doubles as a Visa or M/C, you're better off using that anyway. guru 05-12-2005, 02:54 PM is there a site that will let you bet rounds and precise outcomes like in vegas??? you can get better odds if you bet that a person will win by decision or KO.... The Troll 05-12-2005, 02:56 PM is there a site that will let you bet rounds and precise outcomes like in vegas??? you can get better odds if you bet that a person will win by decision or KO.... you can at sportsbook. ME123 05-12-2005, 02:56 PM I Agree $4,000 Tito To Win The Troll 05-12-2005, 02:57 PM I think betting on Trinidad even at -225 is a pretty safe bet. Winky is a very slick boxer puncher and an awkward southpaw with a decent set of whiskers. Winky However is not slick enough to avoid exchanges with Trinidad. The major drawback for Wright is he does not have the power in comparison to Trinidad, he was not a big puncher at 154 and now he is fighting at middleweight. Winky despite having a good chin and good wits about him will be crushed in the exchanges because the punching power desparity between Wright and Trinidad is immense. Trinidad will more or less Dominate the fight IMO. Wright will only be able to hang in until the latter rounds because of owning a decent set of whiskers. Wright may have his moments but for him to have any chance at pulling out a descison he is going to have to fight a defensively masterfull fight and counterpunch pockshot Tito to a UD. ONly chance Wright has and I think it is pretty slim. Wright is not Bernard Hopkins. Stickman 05-12-2005, 03:04 PM Smart money's on Winky in this one. Trinidad is a great puncher, but his actual skills are somewhat limited, and he gets frustrated easily. A single victory over an undersized brawler in Mayorga doesn't make Trinidad ready to whip one of the best pound-for-pound boxers in the world, Winky Wright. Unless Tito has improved dramatically since his fight with Mayorga, I look for Winky to make him look like a clown and win a very comfortable UD....or maybe even TKO Tito in the 11th or 12th, when Tito starts taking big risks after realizing he must have a KO to win because he's so far behind on the cards. Winky's not known for having big power, but then Tito's not known for having an iron chin. drez24 05-12-2005, 05:04 PM The best site out there, and I've used a lot of them, is www.pinnaclesports.com It gives you the best odds on all sports: for instance its -200 for tito and +185 for winky, usually always lower minuses and larger pluses than any other site like thegreek.com, cybersportsbook.com, betonsports.com, etc. Also, Pinnacle refunds you on transactions you make to deposit and withdraws from most of the other sites they use. Tha Greatest 05-12-2005, 05:27 PM Well.. he did outworked and outbox Camacho and Sweet Pea... Sweat Pea was more shot than anything u can imagine.. |
