Try doing one long run, on top of your other training. So maybe run 6-8 miles once a week. And do interval training one or two days a week. alza1988 02-07-2010, 08:38 AM Do it full speed .Sprint it if it's only 2.5 miles .The least I do is 3 miles but if you dig deep enough 1 and a half miles is good enough .Just as fast and hard as you can for intensity . |
