hey whas up. i wanted to ask if it is good for the stamina to run 2,5 miles about 4 times a week.

It certainly won't hurt, but 2.5 miles isn't a huge amount.

Try doing one long run, on top of your other training. So maybe run 6-8 miles once a week.

And do interval training one or two days a week.

Do it full speed .Sprint it if it's only 2.5 miles .The least I do is 3 miles but if you dig deep enough 1 and a half miles is good enough .Just as fast and hard as you can for intensity .
