started at 305, down to 255-260 but i been stuck there for weeks, looking to get to about 215. i walk 50 minutes everyday half uphill half downlill. its got me this far but i dont know how to get out of the rut. calorie intake is between 1100 to 1400 a day.

Up your calorie burn. Start jogging instead of walking then proceed to running. Also incorporate a weight training program for your muscles. You'll loose more weight that way. It'll get you to your target weight in no time.
