Ah mate, poor guy! I've never had spots for more than 20 seconds or so. Thats horrible, I've seen some sick punches to the back of the head in the paid ranks. It is worse than a low blow, but you rarely see points deducted, or a five minute rest.......

Yeah, guys throwing low blows and hitting on the break in sparring is ridiculous, I never initiate it but if they do it to me they will get it right back.

It's not nice but it happens. Especially if your in the ring with a wild hook throwing dude. Sometimes new boxers get a little over excited too and start throwing to the back of the head. I always give them one warning and if they do it again ill start fighting dirty too.

whew, don't remind me of this one. i had a friend/sparring partner that liked to drop elbows on my head as i was weaving under his punching. the last time we sparred, he did it enough times as to be obviously intentional, so I just opted not to work with him anymore. outside of the ring we were friends though.
