Toney by KO if kimbo stands. But Kimbo didn't want to stand with Mercer so I doubt he would try and bang it out with Toney...

If Toney gets beat by Kimbo in a UFC fight, or if Toney manages to beat him, the debates would start again. "I told you a boxer would beat a UFC fighter" / "I knew a UFC fighter would beat a Boxer".
Plus at 40+ years of age, It's not a smart move to convert to a different and complicated sport. Unless your Herschel Walker? ;)

Not really. Watch Mercer vs Bonjaski in K-1. Boxers can't deal with kicks as much as they can't deal with takedowns. It's mma. Now if they want to step in the ring and box with Toney they're all getting ****ed up. Bad....

not really, striking doesn't purely consist of boxing
go watch merver vs bonjasky, he gives up after one kick, I could post some other boxer vs kickboxer videos and the results are usually so one sided
edit: alistair overeem would absolutely obliterate him standing

kimbos ground game may be horrid compared to other MMA pros, but compared to toney he may as well be demian maia, toney has absolutely NO ground game at all and kimbo knows this, he'd take him down straight away and either submit him or gnp him

Exactly. Kimbo may not have much to offer on the ground but he certainly has more than Toney does, and that would probably be enough.
