Which ab workout gives your abs the most definition???? i have a 6 pack, but i see some guys that are really ripped, and i have a perfect diet, i don't eat any junk at all so i think i'm not using the most effective ab workout......can someone explain to me which ab workout is the most effective???? also i don't use weights during crunches so can that be the problem???

Do ab work after running.
Static plank and decline situps with a weight on your chest
for the static plank do 4 sets of 1min with 45 second breaks
and 10 sets of 20 situps with a 5 to 10 kg weight on your chest.
