pretty self explanatory, i'm pretty worried because i've been stuck at this weight for a while now (about 5-6 months)
i used to float around 156 lbs, and now i sit at 200 lbs
i'm starting to run now, but the weight isn't coming off
i just want to know why this weight isn't coming off

might be your diet

usually it is the food that is causing this, cut the fast food, drink a lot of water.
I'm 6'1 and 230lbs, trying to get down to CW (200lbs) and can feel your pain.
High protein and low carb is the diet to follow and add to this a lot of water, I drink around 10 X 500ml bottles of water/ day to help the metabolism and clean the body, this is an important part of the diet.

thats terrible mate....i'm 5'10 and 154.....you can run all you want but it will be redundant if you keep eating junk food......just stick to pasta, rice etc and don't drink protein shakes

Yeah, switch your diet and try doing some swimming along with the running and see what happens.
