I thought I would share my traveling pics as I always do. In the past, I have shared my pics of my experiances at the Lions Den, The Golden Glory in Holland, Remco Pardoel in Holland, the Gracie Barra in Knoxville, and with Mike McDonald in Vancouver.

Well, I headed back to Holland again and have some more pictures to share. I hope you like them.

There will be three parts, and only the first is done. Here is a link to my experiances at the VOS Gym in Amsterdam with Gilbert Ivel and Ivan Hippolyte.

Enjoy !

Wow nice pics. I would do almost anything for a chance to train with Yvel.

As you know, his career isn't going so well, do you know what his future plans are?

I would still consider him a threat to anyone in the 205 divison.

A threat that just got heel hooked by a 185lbs who is not even top 20 in the 185 division. Yvel is a great stand up fighter, but not a threat in MMA IMO.

Yvel is absolutely devastating in stand up and given the fact that a lot of the top fighters in the 205 divison like to bang I would consider him a threat. Sure if he went in against a guy like Yoshida it could be a short night for him BUT Silva, Liddell,Shougun,Vovchanchin,Quinton Jackson,Alistar Overeem, all like to stand and he is a threat to any one of them.
