but for real...when i go home and chill in the province, around 7pm or so, me and my cousins would just stroll to the market and get full off street foods..then we head back to the pad and start drinking...waiting for the balut guy...and once he gets to our spot, his night is done...we buy all his **** :D

Sweet & Spicy (either chili or other spices) --> same thing, naghahanap lang ng kagat ng anghang

Sweet & Salty --> sa mga pang-pulutan

Sweet --> kahit ano, basta sweet, patok!

In fairness to others' tastes, pinoy lang kasi ang nagbago ng mga "usual" na condiments...

1. Tomato Catsup/Ketchup --> may tomato ba na matamis? wala. ang natural na lasa ng kamatis ay maasim. Pinatamis lang nating mga pinoy ang recipe ng tunay na ketchup

2. Tomato Sauce sa Pasta --> same ****. Italian sauces for pasta, lalo na may kamatis, expect mo maasim. di trip ng pinoy, kaya nilagyan ng patamis...

3. Mustard --> wala talagang matamis na mustard, unless Honey Dijon Mustard, yon, may kaunting tamis. pero di ito patok sa pinoy. Di ko lam bakit bihira ang pinoy na mahilig sa "Franks with Mustard"... yun talaga ang masarap eh...

anyhow, mga tropapips, sa mga nakakamiss ng Filipino streetfood and other delicacies, may dalawang solution:

Its chicken gizzard if i'm not mistaken. Kinda like chicken nuggets/fingers, only diff is the meat is moist like the ones in drumsticks. Kinda hard to find in metro manila though.

Where you from?. Chinatown sell them here but you can get them from Pinoyts stores too.
