I've seen a couple of GOAT threads, but who is the worst of all time? I'm eying a toss-up between Kottonmouth Kings and Chuggo. Hell if I can choose between those two.

Well, when it comes down to it, that's what Jay-Z really is. He raps about how awesome he is and we all love him for it. But I'd really like to boil it down to a single, absolute worst rapper of all time. Soulja Boy, Kottonmouth Kings and Chuggo are all there in the mix. NBA rappers don't really count, I feel like. They don't make their money rapping, it's just somethign they wanted to do on the side and their money let them do that.
