View Full Version : Watching Boxing Free
boxstarr 05-06-2005, 08:32 PM i am from the uk, but i can barely ever find boxing televised. when it is then it is normally really late at night and showing some unknowns from my experience. the only times when i can see any big name fights are the occasional pay-per-view tyson fights against uk fighters which are publicised over here. this is too expensive. does anyone know how i can get to see the good fights for free??? there are some fights coming up i would like to watch like winky wright and trinidad or ricky hatton vs tszyu :feedback:

!! Mr. Soprano 05-06-2005, 08:37 PM Ask your parents to order you some PPV!
boxstarr 05-07-2005, 04:18 PM my parents ordered those PPVs but its not advertised that much over here and we cant afford to pay out for every fight i wanna see. they only minor boxing fans. id pay but i make only a few pounds an hour so i cant afford it...hence i need it free
The Troll 05-07-2005, 04:30 PM You are just going to wait until they come on to boxingscene and download them. Or buy the PPV if they avaialable in UK. Or sometimes bars televise Pay-per-view events and big boxing matches but I dont about in the UK.
Rovers 05-07-2005, 04:32 PM anyway boxingscene could stream live fights or summin?????????

The only thing I've seen on this site is the round-by-round text coverage on the main page. I usually follow that if I don't have the loot to order a big PPV fight. And then you could just download the fight later on. I know it's not like watching the fight live, but it's better than nothin.
do not have this conversation you never know if big brother is eavesdropping. if this guy is smart he will know it will be up as as it is over. I know for sure!!
Martin (Top Knowledge) 05-07-2005, 05:32 PM I'm from the UK, and struggle to see the BIG fights too...
You need Sky!.... Wright vs Trinidad is free on Skysports1
For other fights like Toney vs Ruiz etc... You need to download them from boxingscene.

How do you get Sky Sports for free?? :D
Gsand 05-07-2005, 06:51 PM streamtv has all the big fights...
just watched calzaghe-veit live on it...
they have corrales-castillo on tonight as well
http://***********.com/
they have like 10 free slots per fight so tough enough to get into them but to get into the ppv slots which are unlimited its like 1.50 a month or something small.
with them ive seen: the complete card of the last hopkins fight, morales-paquaio whole card, whole card of toney ruiz, tonights match, ill try and watch corrales-castillo later and im sure they will havce all the big ones in future. lots of other good streams on their channels there as well...
works well for me and they always seem to show the boxing ppv or not...
EXIGE 05-07-2005, 07:39 PM Cant seem to get that site workin. Its kinda double dutch. Could u explain how exactly to get the streams when ur on the site cos i got lost and gave up.

and you will see a streams folder, go in there are pick your channel-enter your name and password into free or ppv streams depending on what you decided earlier for your membership
