I train everyday and i go hard every day and usually eat everything healthy
but today i felt sluggish and slow i fight at 132 and i normally weight around 148 and it is usually nothing with weight but ive been feeling sluggush lately does anyone know why thanks

Well if you're in the process of trying to drop 16lbs off what I assume is an aleady lean and fit frame I could guess that might be why.
You say you are 15....you are same age as me dude, you are growing man, you might not be able to make 132 anymore.
I went up from walking at about 113 or 114 right up to currently walking at 130 in 6 weeks...And a little over a year ago I fought at 101. I would have to cut an arm off to make 110 now and probably couldn't even make 119....You move through the weights as you grow. If it's getting to hard to make a weight you could once make, you have obviously grown, move up a div.

yeah it might be good for me to move to 41 because i have been just sluggish lately thanks
