It can help you sweat out the last few pounds before you have to weigh in but it will be water weight that you will regain once you eat/drink.

It won't help you lose fat.

man go to wlgreens or walmart or cvs and buy a jar of abolene. same **** been used by gyms for decades. same size 11 bucks plus no shipping

i even use vasoline sometimes.
