its the drama factor and i hate that ****. most of them love drama at work and they will do anything to start the ****. i swear i saw this 60 minutes type show one time about this exact thing. women are much more dramatic and prone to fighting and arguing in the workplace than men.

...and some mama's boys at work like doing the same thing. I've experienced it firsthand. It was the first job, I think, the assistant manager ever had...aside from GAP and ****...

I find that women are also more easily controlled at work by management as well because they take all the little rules and procedures so seriously and are shocked when the rest of us don't care. Plus they're so willing to believe the things that management tells them. Maybe they're looking for father figures or surrogate husbands that will take care of them. I don't know, I can't psychoanalyze this bull****. All I know is that a woman would turn you in for not following procedures more often than a guy would. Plus they all want to get promoted so they have something that they think they can lord over all the other women that are better looking than them.

Thats the way to go. I remember working at Carvel where I managed 3 blondes(2 of them were natural)It was the biggest pain in the ass I ever had. Their boyfriends used to come to the store every single day and everybody besides me did not do **** but chill by icecream dispenser and listen to some crappy music.
Everytime they were in trouble with their boyfriends or school it was me who had to sort out the mess. Anyway I quit that job after 3 month of cantinuing brain ****ing.

I love women, not just in a sexual way(although that is the main reason) but most girls i know are really cool. My girls really cool too(but most importantly she's hot ;) ).

BUT

I hate female bosses, everyone i've ever met has been overweight, self important, always right and very annoying!! Why do they always say "i'm a strong woman", why not say a strong person?? why do they always have to point out that they are a woman?? DO THEY THINK I'M BLIND??

They always try to act ruthless to prove a point, rather than ask they demand and they cant ever admit their wrong.

I think i'm going to kick ass tomorrow, put some of these people in their places.

I have two female managers that I report to. One is actually a really cool lady, and an exception to the general rule about female employees. The other is a ****ing psychopath. The funny thing is that the cool one is higher up in the management ladder than the psychopath, plus she's younger and much better looking. I'm sure it drives the psychopath crazy.

Women are so competitive with each other as it is and I think that just gets magnified in the workplace. Since everything is a competition to them they take it all so seriously.

My ex girlfriend's dad owns an insurance company in South Texas. She was the receptionist, and performed duties similar to an average secretary. She was also the biggest joke when it came to customer service. She would never return phone calls, had a bad attitude, and would ***** whenever she got off work. She would complain that her dad did not pay her enough, and she was just ****ing spoiled outright.

Have you actually worked with women? I mean a lot at one time, like me and pdbs and elveiel. If you did, your experience must have been a lot different from ours of else you wouldn't be saying stuff like that.

There's a big difference between hanging out with girls you like or checking out the hot ones on the street, and working with a bunch of whiny, stuck-up, emotional basketcases.

I used to work in a credit union where it was all women except me. To tell you the truth i enjoyed it very much. Sure sometimes they would complain about the heat when it really wasnt that hot but i always thought it was funny.

I'm in a cubicle alongside a few dozen other sardines. It's a small place so I feel pretty shut in as well. At least I get my own desk. Thing is you get zero privacy here. Imagine being stuck on a train with ten of the most annoying people you'd ever care to meet. That's sort of what it feels like.

I got a buddy who works at BESTBUY. He works in the back fixing computer too.

He says its pretty ez and they pay him alot. He pretty much just plays World of Warcraft though.

Would you agree that women do this more though? I'm not trying to be sexist here, it just seems to be one of those things that's simply a fact. The women here completely dominate and take over the atmosphere here because of their constant yakking, while guys are normally quieter, or at least their bantering isn't quite as emotionally charged.

He didnt say that your job isnt real, he just stated the differences between the women you encounter in different work environments. Then you get all out of hand and start crying about your job. If a woman has been working at a place for some time, I think she deserves paid leave for being pregnant. But she has to be realistic when she comes back to work. It isn't fair if someone else has been doing her job for her to just knock them out of that position (assuming they want it). She should have to work her way back up to some degree. That goes for anybody on medical leave.

those women arent just sitting on their asses eating all day and getting paid to do it. It called maternity leave, and it's necessary. NO boss on this planet wants to deliver a baby in the workplace and if she doesnt go home and get prepared to get her insides ripped the hell out then thats exactly where she could end up having it. Babies come when the hell they WANT to and dont ask anybodys permission. You cant plan those things so maternity leave is only option out there. To not pay her is to punish her for bringing a child into the world. I've heard others with the same point of view as yours, and they all were extremely young. Maybe when you get older and your wife goes on maternity leave and is being paid (that way you dont have to foot all the bills for a couple of mo's all by yourself) you'll see it as the necessity is really is.
