Cooney. I mean, yeah, Foreman destroyed him, but Foreman had a much bigger punch than Vitali. Cooney wins this one. Vitali doesn't brawl, and his boxing skills are not that great, so I don't see him beating Cooney. Even though Cooney is pretty much one armed.
