shogun better step it up this time or he'll get robbed again, this time machida knows exactly what he'll do. shogun won the first fight but he wasn't aggressive enough, he needs to stop machida to get the belt, i don't think he can do it the second time either

I see a Shogun stoppage as far more likely, based on the last fight. Machida has made his money as a defensive fighter. Against Shogun, his striking was nullified to a pretty decent extent. Were he to become overly aggressive, he may well leave himself open to the attacks of Shogun.

Shogun outstruck Machida once so I don't really see all that much Machida can do to change the situation this time around. I think Shogun should get the best of the standup this time as well.

I beg to differ. Rua was all he could be last time. Machida can get better.
He's relatively young, 30, and he hasn't been beatin like Rua has.
Remember Griffin beat the **** out of him.

Machida will win either by very convincing decision or stoppage. :fing02:

I'll take the bet.

And the fight's happening, I wouldn't worry about the contract. This isn't Mayweather-Pacquioa.

Machida wasnt in top shape while shogun was....Gotta hand-it to Shogun though, those counter right/left hands landed from round 1-2 would've knocked anyone else out......Come to thiink of it I cant recall seeing Shogun buzzed ever...............Machida bu UD.
